Terms of service

What we agree to build, what you agree to pay, and who owns it afterwards. You do, on final payment, and it says so below.

These terms govern your use of Soltrack's website and services. By engaging us, through the inquiry form, a discovery call, or a signed service agreement, you agree to these terms.

If you signed a separate service agreement, statement of work, or NDA with us, that signed document controls where it conflicts with anything below.

01What we provide

Soltrack provides GTM stack engineering services for B2B SaaS founders. Typical scope includes Attio data model design, Apollo outbound infrastructure, n8n automation workflows, Cal.com booking flows, Fillout form routing, and Customer.io segmentation. Scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in your individual service agreement. The marketing site is informational only, nothing on it constitutes an offer or warranty.

02Client responsibilities

  • Provide credentials, access, and configuration inputs we ask for during the build.
  • Review and approve major architectural decisions within reasonable response times so the build does not stall.
  • Hold all required consents from your contacts for the type of outreach you are commissioning.
  • Comply with applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, state privacy laws) in your role as the data controller.

03Our responsibilities

  • Operate the service with reasonable care and skill.
  • Sign and honor a mutual NDA where applicable.
  • Keep client credentials secured in a password manager with 2FA, accessed only by personnel who require them.
  • Document configurations and respond to support requests in a timely manner.

04Fees and billing

Pricing, payment schedule, and engagement model (fixed-fee build or ongoing retainer) are set out in your individual service agreement. Unless your agreement specifies otherwise, invoices are due 14 days from issue.

05Intellectual property

You own everything we build for you. All workflows, configurations, documentation, and prompts produced under the engagement transfer to you on final payment. We retain ownership of our generic playbooks, internal tooling, and the templates we bring into the engagement, which we license to you for use within your stack.

06Confidentiality

Each side will treat the other's non-public information as confidential and use it only to perform under this agreement, for as long as it remains non-public.

07Warranties and liability

We provide the service in good faith and with reasonable skill, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, pipeline, or conversion outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

08Termination

Either side may terminate by written notice as set out in the service agreement. On termination, we will return or destroy confidential information on request and hand over all completed deliverables you have paid for.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, with disputes resolved in the courts of Budapest, unless a different forum is specified in your service agreement.
